We want a priest who speaks english to us and our guests.
I speak fluent English and can talk in Gujarati & Hindi.
How long does your ceremony take?
If everything is well organised, ceremonies can be conducted in 1hr 30mins to 1hr 45mins. Should the need arise for a shorter ceremony, I would have a conversation with the families on this.
Do you perform the ceremony if my partner is not a Hindu?
Yes, I am very happy to do this and more than happy to talk to the non-Hindu family to help them and make the ceremony very simple.
What if We are not familiar with the customs and rituals?
Wedding ceremonies and rituals can be very confusing as many communities have made their own adaptations of the ceremony. I would meet both families and discuss each step of the ceremony. If your family has specific requests, I am more than happy to include them.
Do you perform other non-wedding ceremonies?
I focus primarily on wedding ceremonies but conduct home poojas when I have time. Please get in touch with me.
